<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ATM(asynchronous transfer mode) pseudo-switchboard, which can evaluate the performance of an ATM terminal in an environment that is approximate to the real traffic. SOLUTION: The ATM cell to be outputted from an ATM terminal or a CLAD(cell assembly disassembly) is inputted via a cell input part 101 and then internally and artificially multiplexed. Thus, the inputted ATM cell is delayed or disused. At the same time, the delay value and the disuse of the cell are measured at a cell disuse/delay measurement part 110. Then an ATM pseudo- switchboard returns the multiplexed cell to output it to the ATM terminal or the CLAD via a cell output part 117.</p> |
