This invention provides novel compounds which are dually antagonistic to TXA2 and PGD2 receptors and pharmaceutical compositions containing them. They are useful for treating, for example, systemic mastocytosis and disorders of systemic mast cell activation as well as tracheal contraction, asthma, allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, urticaria, ischemic reperfusion injury, and inflammation.
