1. A process for producing non-combustible moulded articles, especially building panels from blown vermiculite, the blown vermiculite granules being gummed at a raised temperature, the blown vermiculite granules are gummed with a solution of an inorganic binder, the vermiculite granules once gummed are pre-pressed, cut to the shape required and the cut blanks are pressed non-continuously at least room temperature and preferably at temperatures of at least 100 degree C and pressures of at least 0.3 N/mm<2> to ensure that all solvent residues are removed from the finished non-combustible moulded article, characterized in that the only binder used is an organic, phosphate-containing, to which an argano-silicon compound is also added for waterproofing. 2. The process of Claim 1, characterized in that periodic hot pressing is performed in a press with heating, using conventional heat carriers and additionally using high frequency current. 3. The process of Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that periodic hot pressing is performed using steam filter to remove solvent residues. 4. The process of any preceding Claim, characterized in that during continuous pre-pressing the pressing of facing panels is performed simultaneously, placing them from one or both sides of a filled floor. 5. The process of Claim 4, characterized in that inorganic phosphate-containing binder is a compound based on phosphate-containing acids and/or salts thereof. |
