PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of rice containing green tea. The manufactured rice contains components of green tea beneficial to a human body, and has improved taste and flavor. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of rice containing components of green tea beneficial to a human body is characterized by the steps of: dissolving powder of green tea leaves in water; coating rice into a certain coating thickness with and impregnating its albumen deeply with the solution using a wet polishing machine; and polishing and drying the rice.
