PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent emission of an unnecessary radio wave while securing high security and to make it possible to operate without inviting useless power consumption by having a radio wave outputted by a mobile station control a radio wave output of a base station. SOLUTION: When an activation signal is outputted from a mobile station 2, a base station 1 receives this signal,and a given reception level signal is outputted from a base side receiver 6. When the given reception level signal is thus inputted, a base side control part 7 controls an output control signal and has a base side transmitter 3 activated. The base side transmitter 3 starts outputting an outgoing radio wave according to a communication format of the outgoing radio wave by being activated, allocates a notification signal to an outgoing time slot of a specific outgoing frame every super frame and outputs it. Then, when the mobile station 2 receives the outgoing time slot of the outgoing frame to which this notification information is allocated, it outputs an activation confirmation signal and the base station 1 outputs a response signal in response to the confirmation signal. |
