PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small dielectric resonator part and an oscillator part of high dimensional accuracy by forming a resonance electrode on a dielectric substrate for securing the dielectric resonator part and setting the different dielectric constants of the substrate in both regions forming the dielectric resonator part and the oscillator part respectively. SOLUTION: A resonance electrode 2 is formed on a dielectric substrate 1a to secure a dielectric resonator part, and the different dielectric constants of the substrate 1a are set in a region forming the dielectric resonator part and a region forming an oscillator part respectively. According to such a constitution, the regions forming the dielectric resonator part and the oscillator part can be set at the dielectric constants, which are suitable to the dielectric resonator part and the oscillator part respectively. The substrate 1a of this oscillator device, that forms the dielectric resonator part controls by itself the resonance frequency of the dielectric resonator part and also the degree of coupling to a microstrip line. Meanwhile, a substrate 1b that forms the oscillator part controls the load characteristic, etc., of the oscillator part by itself. |
