PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head inhibiting the deterioration of the jitter of a regenerative signal by correcting aberration resulting from the irradiation of the spot of laser beams extending over the recessed section and projecting section of the signal recording layer of an optical disk and the recording and/or reproduding method of a signal. SOLUTION: An aberration correction plate 8 generating phase difference in a part and the other part of laser beams projected towards an optical disk 2 is disposed onto the optical path of the laser beams. Aberration generated at a time when laser beams are applied extending over the group of the optical disk 2 and a land is corrected by irradiating the signal recording layer of the optical disk 2 with laser beams transmitted through the aberration correction plate 8. |
