MATERIAL REGISTERING AND RETRIEVING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material registering and retrieving system capable of efficiently arranging of original materials and generating an article in which the original material are organized. SOLUTION: A material card 11 and the article 13 about the material to exist in a public relations division 17 are generated from a terminal 15-1 and are stored in a material card detabase 7 and an article database 9. Similarly, a material card 11 and the article 13 about the material to exist in a personal division 19 are generated from a terminal 15-n and are stored in the databases. Access is made from each terminal 15 to a server 5 and contents of the material card 11 and the article 13 are perused.
