PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the external appearance of a sealed letter made of a sheet, in which a large area notice information can be ensured, from impairing under the state that no opposing pieces protrude even when a horizontally folded sheet main body is windingly folded. SOLUTION: In a sheet 1, in which a sheet main body 2 is horizontally folded and then vertically folded so as to be normal to the horizontal folding in order to be windingly folded and finally a sealing piece 12 as the final windingly folded side is pasted to an envelope backing paper 6 for forming a sealed letter, an obliquely notched part 17 ranging from a horizontally folded part 3 to the lower end edge of the sheet main body 2 is provided in an opposing piece 13 connected through the horizontally folded part 3 to the sealing piece 12.
