PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent outward leakage of mist containing powdery flowing chips floating in a chamber, and to improve soundproof performance at the jet projecting time by forming a door structure for opening/closing the gear mounting/demounting opening part of a processing chamber as a double door structure of an inside sliding door and an outside sliding door. SOLUTION: A door structure 120 for opening/closing the gear mounting/ demounting opening part 14b of a chamber 14a has an inside sliding door 122 arranged on the opening part 14b side, an outside sliding door 124 arranged on the outside and a pressing-down means 132. In closing the inside sliding door 122 and the outside sliding door 124, when the hand part 174 is gripped and moved to the opening part 14b side, the inside sliding door 122 automatically moves toward a closing position from an opening position. The inside sliding door 122 is pulled in the casing 14 side, so that the inside surface 128 of the door 122 is brought into close contact with the outer wall part 130 of a casing 14 to thereby prevent influence of noise generated in a processing chamber.
