Process to link digital road traffic network descriptions and a location database

The route finder has a number of road sections (5) defined between points (A,B,C,D) in different regions (L1,L2). The locations for different regions are held in data bases (D). The data bases have the location defined by digital codes and are accessed by a traffic location system.
