SOLUTION: For example, electrodes PA and PB are provided on each of two side surfaces A and B in parallel each other in a piezoelectric ceramic 2, electrodes QC and QD are provided on each of two side surfaces C and D in parallel each other in the piezoelectric ceramic 2, and a complex 1 is composed. When the complex 1 is excited for elastic vibration, the elastic vibration being vibrated in a direction being mainly vertical to the side surface C is converted into an electric signal with a voltage VOUT between the electrodes QC and QD again. At this time, the voltage VOUT becomes equal to the total of voltages V1, V2, and V3 corresponding to parts R1, R2, and R3, respectively, thus outputting an electric signal with each voltage between terminals T0-T3, terminals T1 and T3, or terminals T2 and T3.
