PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain wiring structure of a power source line and a signal line which can eliminate level difference of noise voltage generated on the power source line and the signal line, and prevent malfunction or the like of an apparatus. SOLUTION: In this wiring structure of a power source line and a signal line, a power source line EL 1 for supplying power to a CPU base board 2 and a peripheral base board 3 from a power source base board 1 is laid, and a signal line SL 1 for transmitting signals mutually between the CPU base board 2 and the peripheral base board 3 is laid. In this case, the power source line EL1 and the signal line SL1 are laid in the almost same route. For example, the power source line EL1 is laid from the base board 1 to the base board 3 via the base board 2, and the signal line SL 1 is laid from the board 2 to the board 3.
