PURPOSE: A method for preparing a capsule and a peel by using nephrite is provided for obtaining excellent medical effects by crushing a lump of nephrite and filtering the crushed nephrite, and capsuling the nephrite powder. CONSTITUTION: Drinkable or edible nephrite products contains 30wt.% of the nephrite powder having 400-800mesh of particle diameter to form nephrite capsules. The nephrite powder 200mg is filled in a capsule at the room temperature 5deg.C and the speed 400-600CAP/min with the humidity 10%. A gelatin solution for making a ball-type capsule contains 30wt.% of nephrite powder, 25wt.% of gelatin and 45wt.% of purified water.
