PURPOSE: A rear suspension system curtails cost and parts in number and improves assembling performance and driving stability. CONSTITUTION: A rear suspension system comprises a base bracket(100), a left side frame(101), a left side rear axle(102), a right side frame(103), a right side rear axle(104), a left side upper end torque rod(105), a left side lower end torque rod(106), a right side upper end torque rod(107), a right side lower end torque rod(108), a shock absorber(109), a first reinforcing plate(110), a second reinforcing plate(111) and a ball joint(112). The shock absorber(109) is disposed and installed in the base bracket(100) and fixed thereto by the ball joint(112) welded to the base bracket(100) so as to curtail producing cost and parts in number and improve assembling performance. The one side ends of the left side lower end torque rod(106) and the right side lower end torque rod(108) are attached to the base bracket(100) so that the ascending and descending orbits of the left and right side rear axles(102, 104) become stable to improve driving stability.
