PURPOSE: A motion picture electronic mail system is provided to transmit a motion picture to the other side without the necessity of going through any edit process and to regenerate the motion picture file so that a user can confirm the content as soon as the motion picture is received. CONSTITUTION: If a motion picture e-mail browser is started by a user(10), a motion picture e-mail system photographs and records peripheral circumstances using a camera and a microphone(20). The photographed and recorded images are displayed on the motion picture e-mail browser and output through the microphone(30). The images are converted into a motion picture file comprising audio data and stored in a disk(40). If the photographing is stopped by the user(50), the system completes its motion picture file conversion and stores the result(60). If the storage is completed, the user inputs the other side's address(70). The user selects and transmits the motion picture file(80) and closes the motion picture e-mail browser(90).
