PURPOSE: A rod member for the maintenance/reinforcement of a concrete structure and the extension concrete reinforcement use is provided, which maintenances and reinforces the damaged part simply and easily when an exposed/submerged concrete structure is damaged and is used as a reinforcement member in substitution for a reinforcing bar selectively when constructing an extension concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A rod member (100) for the maintenance/reinforcement of a concrete structure and the extension concrete reinforcement use comprises a rod (110) comprising a rod member (100) and a clip bracket (120) coupling a rod (110); the rod (110) which covers a central carbon fiber rod (111) with a glass fibrous layer (112) or an Aramid fibrous layer (113), wherein an Epoxy/Acrylic resins layer (130) formed by applying Epoxy/Acrylic resins to the surface of the rod (110) is adhered with silica sands (131) or garnet (132) to heighten the physical properties joint with resins or cement mortar and on the clip bracket (120), a pair of clips (121) and holes (122) are formed at regular intervals, so that rods (110) which adhere silica sands (131) or garnet (132) by an Epoxy/Acrylic resins layer (130) are installed to clips (121) respectively.
