PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of earthworm feed by using remaining food and a manufacturing device thereof are provided, to reduce manufacturing processes without producing waste water and increase a growth rate of an earthworm. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of earthworm feed by using remaining food comprises the steps of: washing (10); removing salt (20); sorting (30); dehydrating (40); sterilizing (50); crushing (60); mixing (70); and cooling (80). A manufacturing device of earthworm feed by using remaining food includes a washing hopper, a screen screw conveyor, a conveyor sorting plate, a dehydrator, a steam sterilizer, a crusher, a screw mixer, storage hopper, cooler, and a water tank. The water tank includes a salt remover, a stirrer, a transportation pipe of water treated substances, an adder of additives, and a transporting screw conveyor.
