摘要 PURPOSE: A method and a device are provided to automatically position a moving body by using the result of processing a camera image through an image processing device without manipulating a position of a crane. CONSTITUTION: One pair of cameras(10,10') for positioning is installed on both sides of a crane grab(3). The crane grab is arranged at equal intervals around a tong prepared with one pair of holding arms(1,1'). An image photographed by each camera is provided to a crane operation room and a remote control operation room through an image distributor. A controller supplies the output of a driving motor and a horizontal driving motor by calculating the motional direction and distance of a driving shaft and a horizontal shaft through image processing. Further, the controller performs a centering work by receiving a position value of the present driving and horizontal shafts to arrange the section of a slab(4) on a straight line.
