Controlling Venturia infections using the fungicide carpropamid, especially useful for protecting apple trees against Venturia inaequalis

The use of carpropamid (I) for controlling Venturia strains is new. The use of N-(R)-(1-(4-chlorophenyl)-ethyl)-2,2-dichloro-1-ethyl)-3t-methyl-1r-cy clopropane-carboxamide of formula (I) (i.e. carpropamid) is claimed for controlling Venturia strains.
