PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grill ignition used for a fish roasting burner mounted inside a fish roasting chamber, and prevented overflowed drippings from an upper burner, and realizes good ignition performance. SOLUTION: A grill ignition 9 with an ignition plug 8 is installed parallel to fish roasting burners 5a-5b inside a fish roasting chamber 2, and sure ignition performance is obtained even when the position of the top end part of the ignition plug 8 of the grill ignition 9 changes in the forward or backward direction against the flame outlet 10 of the fish roasting burner. As the overflow from the upper burner occurs at the back side of the fish roasting case, adhesion of drippings is prevented.
