PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a cooling fan of an IH type rice cooking jar which enables to mount with good workability and sufficient strength. SOLUTION: For the mounting structure of the cooling fan at the rice cooking jar of which, a jar main body 1 is composed of the combination of a body part 2 and a bottom part 3, and the cooling fan 9 is mounted inside the jar main body 1 with its rotating axis of horizontal direction, a body part side supporting rib 16 of the cooling fan 9 is mounted inside the body part 2, and a bottom part side supporting rib 17 is mounted inside the bottom part 3 respectively, and the cooling fan is installed so as to be supported between respective supporting ribs 16, 17 of the body part and the bottom part.
