PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset mismatching calibration method that can calibrate offset mismatching consuming less power with low digital noise and high accuracy, and to realize an analog/digital converter adopting it. SOLUTION: This invention provides a calibration method for offset mismatching in an analog/digital converter circuit by interleaving two systems of pipeline analog/digital converters for a high-speed conversion where an input value is fixed to a digital/analog converter at each stage being a component of the pipeline analog/digital converter in a calibrated value detecting operation, an input value at a threshold value of the analog/digital converter of each stage is measured for the two systems, and a difference between the measured values of the two systems is added to an analog input signal as offset mismatching in the conversion.
