POLYOLEFIN-BASED HOT MELT ADHESIVE FOR DEFLECTION YOKE

A hot melt composition for a deflection yoke comprising as main components about 5 to 25% by weight of a polyethylene or polypropylene based wax component, about 25 to 40% by weight of a rosin based tackifying resin, about 10 to 50% by weight of an ethylene propylene copolymer based base polymer, about 1 to 10% by weight of a styrene based copolymer or block copolymer rubber, and at least one additional ingredient selected from the group consisting of fillers, plasticizers, antioxidants, flame retardants and colorants.
