METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MAKING CONTENTS TRANSACTION BASED ON PREFERENCE INFORMATION OF USER FOR DIGITAL CONTENTS

PURPOSE: A method and a device for making a contents transaction based on the preference information of a user for the digital contents are provided to realize the transaction of the digital contents by using an electronic network and to enhance the purchase motive of the contents by opening the user preference information for the transaction contents. CONSTITUTION: The contents transaction device comprises a contents intermediation server(300), a contents provision server(200), a seller terminal(500), a buyer terminal(400) and a network interface(450,550). The seller terminal registers the digital contents to the contents intermediation server and transfers the approval of a contract by responding to a buying request from a buyer. The buyer terminal secures the information for the digital contents buying through the contents intermediation server and suggests the buying request through an electronic contract document. The contents provision server provides the digital contents to a user by using a communication network. The contents intermediation server supports a transaction contract of the digital contents between the buyer and the seller.
