At this time, an air from an air source is introduced to a cylinder body 82 through an air tank 80 and a communication route 81, and it is led to a space 89A through an opening 93 and a passage 92 by using a change-over valve, and then it hits an enlarged diameter part 83A of the rod 83 to withdraw the rod 83. Then, the air passes through a passage 91 and a passage 83 to a slide route 86 and furthermore it is led through a passage 85 to an opening 84 and it goes out outside the cylinder body 82.
