PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web page design conversion system for converting the design of a web page according to a user accessing the web page. SOLUTION: The web page design conversion system 10 is interposed between a web server 32 providing a web site and a user terminal 30 accessing the web site. The system 10 includes a user state information input part 13 for inputting the user's behavioral or biological information as user state information; a design converting part 12 for converting the design of the web page transmitted from the web server 32, according to the user state information input by the input part 13; and a web page transmitting part 14 for transmitting the web data to the user terminal so that the web page converted by the converting part 12 is displayed on the user terminal.
