PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To frequently display local information to information terminals displaying image information even when the information terminals not incorporating a GPS receiving means and map information exist. SOLUTION: Ever changing traffic information is accurately transmitted to the information terminal 50 by an information renewal station 70 collectively managing a terminal communication station 60 by centering a local area, the terminal communication station 60 communicating with the information terminals 50 can communicate with the information terminal 50 without requesting to transmit traffic information, construction information and the like in the area of the terminal communication station 60 from other than the terminal communication station 60, mutual communication between the terminal communication stations 60 is not needed, and the jam state of lines can be relieved. The ever changing traffic information can be accurately transmitted by the information renewal station 70 collectively managing the terminal communication station 60. |
