PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of an operator by automatically removing an electrolyte by a machine by eliminating manual work for the operator to wipe off the electrolyte by absorbing the blown-off electrolyte by putting the periphery under negative pressure after blowing off the electrolyte by applying positive pressure gas upon the electrolyte sticking to a wall surface of an opening part of a battery vessel. SOLUTION: A nozzle port 27 is faced to the opening part 4 of the battery vessel 2 filled with the electrolyte, and after blowing off the electrolyte sticking to the battery vessel 2 by applying the positive pressure gas toward the opening part 4 from this nozzle port 27, the periphery of the opening part 4 is put under the negative pressure to abosrb the blown-off electrolyte. |
