SOLUTION: In the case that the number of the lanes of an entrance road and the number of the lanes of a crossing road are 2 together as shown in (c), both the rods are on equal footing and a crossing point passing cost is set on a middle class value. In the case that the number of the lanes of the entrance road is 2 and the number of the lanes of the crossing road is 1 as shown in (a), the crossing road is downgraded to set the crossing point passing cost to a relatively small value. In addition, in the case that the number of the lanes of the entrance road is 2 and the number of the lanes of the crossing road 4 as shown in (b), the crossing road is upgraded to set the crossing point passing cost to a relatively large value. If cost calculation using a Dijkstra method is performed by using the crossing point passing cost considering relative grading with a crossing point link, a route passing a crossing point whose passing difficulty is high is difficult to set. However, a width and a road classification are used in place of the number of the lanes, a plurality of their elements are used and grading may be performed.
