PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning composition for hair treatment capable of obtaining a highly effective hair bleaching agent or a hair dye having excellent dye-affinity which has good combability and smooth touch feeling by mitigating a load to hairs while maintaining a lift-up force, is excellent in safety in view of scalp stimulation, and is free from irritating odor. SOLUTION: The cushioning composition for hair treatment comprises a component A comprising at least one selected from ascorbic acid and ascorbates, and a component B comprising at least one selected from ammonium phosphates.
