<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales method and a storage medium for a worker dispatch business wherein a person residing within a radius of 5 km from a location of a person receiving talent support service or a substitutional business related to a daily life and substitutional purchase performs service through the Internet/telephone/a FAX/door-to-door business. <P>SOLUTION: The registration of a dispatch worker providing the service is recruited.
