PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic water activator which is more effective with an intensified magnetic force than a conventional water activator. SOLUTION: Strong annual magnets 2 and ferromagnetic pieces 3 for enhancing the magnetic force are alternately fixed onto the outside surface of a pipe 1. The ferromagnetic pieces keep the magnetic force intensified by fixing the same magnetic poles to be repulsive to each other. Within the pipe 1, strong cylindrical magnets 4 and ferromagnetic pieces 5 are alternately laminated in the same way as, and taking an attractive posture to those for the outside of the pipe 1, and the laminate is covered and sealed 6 to avoid direct contact with water and fixed in the pipe 1 via a point contact 7 not to prevent the water flow, thus generating a strong magnetic line 8 of force to ionize the water flow therethrough to produce the activated water.
