PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out centralized monitoring of a plurality of station service apparatuses by installing a plurality of monitoring terminals carrying out monitoring and control of the station service apparatuses. SOLUTION: A plurality of monitoring cameras 33, 45, and 55 are provided for shooting each station service apparatus 32, 42, 43, 52, 53, and 54 placed side by side with interphone extensions 31, 42, and 51. A monitoring control server 15 is provided for controlling each interphone extension, each station service apparatus, and each monitoring camera. A plurality of monitoring terminals 11 and 12 is provided for acquiring shot images of each monitoring camera via the monitoring control server and displaying them. The monitoring terminal has a function of sending an operation signal to each monitoring camera and each station service apparatus via the monitoring control server, and controlling them.
