PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of unitarily managing data comprising a hierarchical structure having a relationship of one to a plurality. SOLUTION: Record IDs are assigned without redundancy to records in a table of each hierarchy. A link table is provided for storing, without redundancy, records including record IDs of a table of a high order hierarchy, and record IDs of a record of a hierarchy one order lower than the high order hierarchy related to the record of the table of the high order hierarchy. When adding a record to each table, the record is also added to the link table, and when deleting a record from each table, the link table is referred, and records of tables of related low order hierarchies and related records of the link table are deleted at the same time as deletion of the record.
