PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fingerprint verification system, fingerprint verification processing device, and fingerprint verification processing method capable of conducting verification processing at a high speed by reducing a load of a higher-level control device. SOLUTION: The fingerprint verification processing device 20 including a plurality of verification processors 21a-21n conducts fingerprint verification processing by receiving a plurality of file fingerprint data 41 stored in a fingerprint data storage part 40 through the higher-level control device 30. The fingerprint verification processing device 20 includes a file fingerprint data relocating part 23 to relocate the file fingerprint data to bring respective verification times of the plurality of the verification processors 21a-21n close to an average verification time in order to effectively conduct the verification processing by the verification processors 21a-21n.
