PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which is excellent in low-temperature fixing property and is capable of forming an image excellent in document offset property, to provide a manufacturing method of the electrostatic charge image developing toner, to provide an electrostatic image developer comprising the electrostatic charge image developing toner and to provide an image forming method using the electrostatic charge image developing toner or the electrostatic image developer. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner is made by covering the surface of a core particle which comprises at least a binder resin, a colorant and inorganic fine particles having volume average particle size of 0.1 to 0.5μm and specific gravity of 1.0 to 2.0, and has a glass transition temperature of 20 to 40°C with a covering layer having a glass transition temperature of 50 to 100°C. Further in the invention, the manufacturing method of the electrostatic charge image developing toner, the electrostatic image developer and the image forming method are also provided.
