A thermoplastic particle agglomerator press chamber has rotating discs that expel via outlets. The assembly has an overhead hopper for the incoming particles which are released to a press chamber with an upright press tool drive axis. Particles descend essentially in a straight line from top to bottom through a conical funnel around a helical compression tool.
