A medium (6) is intended for circulating blood in the outlet. The device further comprises a measuring medium to calculate the pressures of a transfilter and transmembrane, and the flow of ultrafiltrate through an outlet (5). The measuring medium comprises parameters influenced by resistance of filtration medium. The calculating unit (9) comprises pre-dilution control medium to determine a threshold value of the parameter. The control medium is connected by a functioning medium to compare the parameter to the threshold value for maintaining/reducing the resistance of the filtration medium. The pre-dilution control medium to make the circulation of the substitution solution in the measuring duct. The calculating unit: comprises an exchange control medium that are connected to the ultrafiltration circulation medium to adapt the value of ultrafiltrate flow; extending the duration of the treatment until the degree of purification is obtained; undergoes a cleaning of filtration medium while controlling the circulation of substitution solution in the measuring duct.
