PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stock solution composition for aerosol coating for producing an aerosol coating, capable of being simply and finely applied by any one without requiring skill in rapid dryness as an aerosol coating for general household, not containing a causative substance of chemical sensitivity, not leading to destruction of global environment, having high safety on the Fire Service Law and being stable for a long period without causing corrosion of aerosol can, and an aerosol coating composition. SOLUTION: The stock solution for aerosol coating is obtained by formulating 15-60 wt.% copolymer resin obtained by using styrene, a (meth)acrylate of a 1-8C alkyl alcohol, a (meth)acrylate having a hydroxy group in the molecule and a vinyl monomer having a carboxy group in the molecule as essential components with 40-85 wt.% nonaromatic hydrocarbon-based organic solvent having≥21°C and <70°C Setaflash Closed Cup type flash point.
