A rack support structure of a power steering device is provided to reduce the occurrence of various noise caused by a variation of elastic force and to keep the same steering capacity as the initial state by keeping a rack of a rack bar and a pinion of a valve stem engaged with each other by receiving elastic force of an elastic member regularly. In a power steering device comprising a rack support yoke(22) provided with a retreated part to couple with a bushing(20), an elastic member(24) having elastic force placed on the rear of the rack support yoke and supported by a support member(26), a jack support plug(36) supporting a rack bar(6) with regular elastic force and a rack support unit provided with a lock nut(40) to prevent the relaxation of the rack support plug by vibration, the rack support unit is formed to support the rear of the rack bar with the optimum elastic force while a pinion(16) of a valve stem(14) penetrated the center of a rotary valve(8) is engaged with a rack(18) of the rack bar, and an elasticity control unit of the elastic member is placed between the elastic member and the rack support plug.
