A medium for culturing bacteria and fungus is provided to be used for a direct method of aseptic testing for identifying the existence of microorganism in medicines, thereby capable of providing more economical and accurate result. The medium for culturing bacteria and fungus comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of thioglycollic acid culture medium I consisting of 0.5 g of L-cystine, 0.8 g of agar, 2.5 g of NaCl, 5.0 g of glucose, 5.0 g of an extract of yeast, 21.4 g of casein peptone, 0.5 g of sodium thioglycolate, 1.0 ml of resazurin solution(1->1000) and 1 liter of purified water, thioglycollic acid culture medium II consisting of 0.5 g of L-cystine, 2.5 g of NaCl, 5.0 g of glucose, 5.0 g of an extract of yeast, 15.0 g of casein peptone, 0.5 g of sodium thioglycolate, and 1 liter of purified water, and glucose-peptone culture medium consisting of 1.0 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.5 g of magnesium sulfate, 5.0 g of casein peptone, 2.0 g of an extract of yeast, 20.0 g of glucose and 1 liter of purified water.
