PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new constipation-improving agent which comprises three components originating from natural matters and can also be used as a drink or food for improving constipation. SOLUTION: This constipation-improving agent contains three components comprising water-soluble fibers, insoluble fibers and a vegetable juice as active ingredients. Thereby, the constipation-improving agent exhibits a sufficient constipation-improving effect at a small dose, and does not have a problem on safety, because the active ingredients originated from the natural matters. |
