<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solar cell element capable of reducing the resistance value of a collector electrode by reducing irregularities on the surface of the collector electrode formed by screen printing process and also contributing to the improvement of photoelectric transfer characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The screen printing processing is repeated for multiple times when the collector electrode 5 of the solar cell element is formed with the screen printing of conductive paste (d). In this case, each of the screen printing processings is performed by using different meshed patterns.
