<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clamp a harness fitted to a board or a harness at the periphery of the board by using a member used at present. <P>SOLUTION: A clamping structure is provided with a circuit board 8 to which a component is fitted to one face side, a shield plate 10 arranged on the other face side of the circuit board 8 and a sheet-like insulating sheet 9 arranged between the other face of the circuit board 8 and the shield plate 10. Harnesses 33 and 35 are drawn around a periphery of the circuit board 8.
