The invention relates to a laser instrument for correcting shape of nasal septum. During the operation, the body (1) of the instrument for laser correction of the nasal septum shape is abutted against the patent's head (6) by virtue of the abutting mechanism (29). Using the regulation means (10) (not shown) of the irradiator (3) which is fixed on the body (1), the transparent tip (8) is positioned opposite a zone requiring correction, it is abutted against the nasal septum (4) using the handle (28) through a groove of the abutting element (5) to the nasal septum (4). the means for formation of laser radiation (11) predetermining laser beam size at the end of the transparent tip (8), laser radiation (not shown) of a definite power is initiated and on achieving a predetermined temperature of the nasal septum measured by the temperature probe (13), the control unit switches off laser radiation.
