PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate insertion of package units, to improve efficiency of packaging works and to eliminate breakage of the package units by a method wherein lower parts of projected pieces and openings formed at both sides of a housing case are respectively formed in a descending shape for a package container equipped with the housing cases and cushioning bases. SOLUTION: A housing case 1 is fabricated out of a single cushioning sheet and has housing parts 8 for housing package units therein and projected pieces 11 and 12 projecting outward respectively at its both sides 9 and bottom part 10. While the lower outline 14 of the projected piece 11 is formed in an declined shape, the bottom side 15 of an opening 13 made after incision appearing at the side 9 after fabrication of the housing case 1 is also formed in an declined shape. Thereby, the contact area between a corner of the package unit and the bottom side 15 of the opening 13 can be reduced when the package unit is housed in the housing part 8 and at the same time, the package unit can be inserted easily and smoothly, while sliding along the inclined faces without being caught by the bottom side 15. |
