A signboard with film and hand writings is provided to activate a luminous function of a film printed or written with ink including fluorescent material even when the film is separated from a light guide plate. A signboard with film and hand writings includes a front light guide plate(20), an ultraviolet light source(10), and a film(30). Character or picture part is written by hand on the front light guide plate with ink containing fluorescent material. The ultraviolet light source is installed on a side surface of the front light guide plate to illuminate the hand-written character or picture on the front light guide plate. The film is separated from the rear part of the front light guide plate to record the character or the pictures with ink. Another light source(12) illuminates character or picture part(32) recorded on the film with light incident to the film in a right angle direction. |
