A continuously variable transmission is provided to realize a smooth speed shifting process by delivering a rotation power at a constant speed. A variable crank(10) is fixed on a driving axis(1). The variable crank is rotatably inserted into a housing(20), which includes a vibration guiding portion and a sliding joint. At least four fixed cranks are arranged to be apart from each other in a circumferential direction. Slide bars are mounted on the fixed cranks. At least four motors are connected to the other sides of the fixed cranks. A driven axis(2) is inserted into a main body(30) and mated with the motors(32). An angular displacement of the fixed crank is changed in proportion to an eccentricity amount of the fixed crank, such that the fixed cranks are sequentially rotated at a constant speed, when the variable crank rotates.
