<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working device capable of acquiring a machining parameter influencing work outline dimensions during a work machining process. <P>SOLUTION: This machining device is constituted to have a rotationally movable upper side machining disc 10 so that; a ring machining surface of the upper side machining disc is covered with a coat for machining and opposed to a lower side machining surface 12; a machining clearance is formed between the upper and lower machining surfaces; a plurality of rotary discs are arranged in the machining clearance and; the rotary discs store works in their recessed parts, are rotated by a rotating device and move with a cycloidal track drawn. A plurality of sensor elements 32 to acquire at least one machining parameter are arranged on an overall cross-section of the disc within the upper side machining disc, each of the sensor elements is an element combined with an active or passive RFID chip and a reading device 34 to read the machining parameter of the RFID chip is set on the upper side machining disc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
